-You can
return or exchange your newly purchased product within 3 days from the purchase
date or the delivery date (for home delivery or Store pickup) only if it is
unused and in its original condition (Unopened), and original invoice must be included.
- Products with a manufacturing defect
are accepted to be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. We will carry
out the necessary checkup in order to process replacement or refund. After the checkup
is completed by our technician on the condition of the product’s packaging, the
complete set of accessories and the technical examination of the product
(accept / reject) return for replacement or refund.
-After 7
days from delivery date, all products will be replaced / returned through product
Agency and refund will occur after completing the return.
-We
do not accept return of products which have scratches, are damaged as a result
of misuse, or malfunction due to wrong voltage connection.
-Replaced
products will be shipped / handed over to you following the mode of return and
location selected.
-We will not
replace a product with a different model unless stock of original product is
not available. In such circumstance, we will request your permission before
processing.
-In the
event of a return as a result of product malfunction or manufacturing defect,
damage upon delivery or delivery of the wrong product, customer will not be
charged for any shipment fees.
-For
Electronic payments, refund will be deposited to the same e-payment account
within 14 business days.
-For Cash on
Delivery payment, refund will be collected from one of our showrooms within 14
business days.
