- The use of the Website's services is available only to persons who are able to legally represent themselves according to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

- You are obligated to use the Site for legitimate purposes only and not to misuse any of our services.
- We reserve the right to modify or update any of these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Website security protection
You may not violate or attempt to violate the security of the Website, including but not limited to:
- Accessing data not intended for you or logging into a server or account that you are not authorized to access.
- Attempt to scan or test for system or network vulnerabilities or breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization.
- Attempting to interfere with the service provided to any other user or network, by sending a virus to the site, overloading, “flooding” or “spamming”.
- Sending unsolicited email, including promotional offers and/or advertisements for products or services.
- Forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or newsgroup posting.
You agree not to use any device, program or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper operation of the Site or any activity conducted on the Site. The Site will investigate incidents that may involve such violations, and may participate and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in the prosecution of users involved in such violations.
Registration - My Account:

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit the quantity of Products selected per person, per household or per order in My Cart. Your cart capacity is limited to two (2) items per product.
These limits may apply to orders placed from the same account, the same credit card, or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We will notify the customer if these limits apply.
Product information, inventory, and pricing:
- While the Site endeavors to provide accurate product information (such as stock availability, prices, product features, images and specifications) and service information, typographical errors may occur.
- The colors shown on the site are displayed as accurately as possible, however, the colors you see depend on the screen of your device and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the color display on your screen.
- The posting of any type of product/service information (marketing proposals, advertisements, offers, brochures and magazines) on the Site does not guarantee the availability of stock, offers or prices either online or in-store.
- In the event of an error in the price of an ordered product, we have the right to either contact you to clarify the error or cancel your order.
- Prices may vary between the website and showrooms. The "Lowest Price Guarantee" service is not offered for purchases made through the website.
- Stock availability and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Shipping and Delivery
- Currently, services and delivery are only provided in the Eastern Province in the following cities: (Dammam, Khobar, Qatif, Ras Tanura, Jubail, Al Ahsa, Hofuf, Abqaiq) and Riyadh.
- Home delivery Free For orders over 200 RS، وبـ 20 RS for orders below that.
- Delivery time ranges from 4 business days for major cities in the Eastern Province to 4 business days for Riyadh.
- Free home delivery is available for large-sized products within a 60 km radius of the company's showrooms.
- Heavy and light weight products are delivered from 10 AM to 8 PM daily except Fridays.
- In the event of a delivery failure due to an error on your part (such as a wrong address), an additional fee will apply to resend the order.
Receiving orders
- When confirming your order for oversized products, you confirm that the dimensions of the delivery location (including doors, aisles, stairs and corners), as well as the proposed installation location, are suitable and allow for the passage and installation of the product.
- HOMI assumes no responsibility if the product is too large to fit into the delivery location or does not fit into the specified installation location.
- For in-store pickup
- The customer can pick up their products from Al Mutawa Trading Company's showrooms for small products only.
- Check each product page when ordering, as certain exclusions may apply.

- Terms of receipt :
- For in-store pickup, a valid ID and a printed copy of the order confirmation must be presented at the time of pickup.
- Paid online orders are reserved for a maximum of 7 days.
- If the customer does not receive his order two consecutive times upon delivery, a delivery fee of 50 riyals will be charged, and in case of objection, the site has the right to cancel the order and return the purchase amount.
- When storing products for the customer for a specific period (a maximum of one month from the date of purchase) and the customer does not receive his order on the specified date, the site is free of responsibility for the product and has the right to dispose of it after sending a notice to the customer.
Payment
- The website allows you to purchase products or services and pay online or in-store, depending on the shipping and delivery method available within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- All financial transactions (authorizations and settlements) are done in Saudi Riyals.
- Accepted payment methods:
- Online: SADAD, and credit cards (Visa - MasterCard) issued by Saudi banks only, through the authorized e-payment portal.
- Payment notes:
- The customer receives a confirmation message when the payment is accepted.
- We are not responsible if the payment is declined or failed by the card provider, and the customer should check with the bank directly.
- We do not store credit card data on the site. All payment details are fully encrypted.
- Payment data is not shared with any third party except to comply with the law or to check for fraud.
- The card details provided must be correct and issued in the customer's name, and any fraudulent use of the card is the sole responsibility of the customer.
- If the product or part of the product is unavailable, the customer will be notified and a full or partial refund will be issued via credit card.
- Using the website's online payment service means that you agree to these terms, and if you do not agree, please do not use this service.
Cancel order
Order canceled by Homie Online:
- Payment rejected/not accepted.
- The customer was more than one hour late in paying via the Sadad system.
- Customer purchases more than two pieces of the same product.
- Incorrect delivery address or contact information.
- The customer does not receive his paid order from the showroom within the specified period.
Order cancellation by customer:
- If the product/service has not yet been shipped. (If shipped, a cancellation fee applies).
- If we are unable to provide the product within 10 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds
- The same return terms apply as for Al Mutawa Trading Company.
- You can request a return of the product within 14 days of receiving it in case of dissatisfaction or defect.
- Exceptions:
- Software and video games.
- Health and beauty products (for health reasons).
- Mobile phones and computers unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Printers, fax machines, copiers and accessories unless faulty.
- The product must be in its original condition with all accessories and instruction manual.
Warranty, Maintenance and Repair
All products sold have passed quality inspections. If you experience a problem within 14 days of receiving the product, we recommend that you contact the factory's authorized service center in Saudi Arabia directly to request maintenance. You can contact us to find authorized service centers.
Terms and Conditions of Special Offers
- Deal of the Day and Weekend Offer: Offer valid for a limited time or while supplies last. Each customer is entitled to two items only.
- Pre-ordering guarantees product reservation, but delivery time depends on the supplier's delivery time. We are not responsible for any delays.
Terms and Conditions for Air Conditioner Installation
- Please keep the original invoice. After installation, the device is subject to the dealer's warranty.
- A maximum of 4 meters of copper is used with each split air conditioner.
- The customer is responsible for preparing the installation site (civil works, electrical work, etc.). The installation team is not responsible for installing the electrical system.
- HOME ONLINE is not responsible for the cooling performance of the air conditioner if the size of the installation location is not compatible with its capacity.
Amendment to the Terms and Conditions
Homie may modify the Terms and Conditions of the Website at any time without any prior notice to you. You can view the latest version of the Terms and Conditions at any time on our website. If the revised terms and conditions are not acceptable to you, you must discontinue using the Service. However, if you continue to use the Service, you will be deemed to have agreed to accept and be bound by the revised terms and conditions for the use of this Site.
