Return and Exchange Policy

3. Exchange Conditions

A product may be exchanged in the following cases:

  • Exchange for a product of the same value or higher (with payment of the price difference).
  • The product has not been used or operated.
  • Incompatibility or incorrect sizing.

4. Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Products

Products cannot be returned or exchanged in the following cases:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Products with digital activation or subscriptions.
  • Custom-made devices.
  • Personal care products once opened.

5. Steps to Submit a Request

To submit a request, please follow these steps:

  • Provide the order number or invoice.
  • Send the product to the nearest branch (Dammam or Al-Ahsa) after coordinating with customer service.
  • After inspection, the amount will be refunded, or the product exchanged according to the conditions.

6. Refund Method

  • Timeframe: Refunds are processed within 3 to 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method (card, transfer, or cash).
  • Fees: Fees: Delivery or installation charges are non-refundable unless the error was from the company.

7. Shipping and Delivery Exceptions

  • If the error was on the customer’s side, delivery fees will be deducted.
