At Homie Online, we make sure to deliver your orders on time and safely, taking into account all the factors that may affect the shipping process such as stock availability, payment procedures, and customs.
1- Choose the product and select the delivery destination
Shop from our website, add products to the cart, and then choose a city or country from our shipping list.
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
2- Receive order confirmation
After successful completion of your purchase, you will receive a confirmation message with order details and expected delivery dates.

An order is considered delivered when it arrives at the address specified in your order. From that moment on, the product becomes your responsibility.
Ownership of the product transfers to you after full payment including delivery charges.
Special Delivery Cases
If we are unable to deliver your order within 15 daysYou will be notified, and you can choose to cancel the request or agree to a new appointment.
If the wrong region is selected while completing the order or the address does not match, the order will be canceled and you will be notified via email.
If the shipment is returned due to your failure to provide customs documents or pay local duties, the return fee or any administrative charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
