- The warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts under normal usage conditions.

Homie provides after-sales service via:
- Free delivery and basic installation for some large appliances such as air conditioners and refrigerators.
- Authorized service centers in Dammam and Al-Ahsa.
- Technical support via phone throughout the week.

- Any maintenance carried out by unauthorized technicians.
- Consumable parts such as batteries, lamps, and filters after their natural lifespan ends.
- Damages caused by natural disasters such as lightning, power outages, or fires.
